Classification is one of the most important steps in the use of satellite imagery. In this study, using ASTER data TERRA satellite on 22 August 2001, East and North East Kashan Salt Lake, were studied to find the role of quantity bands of this sensor to increase the resolution accuracy of phenomena in the maximum likelihood (MLK) and support vector machine (SVM). For this purpose, after the initial radiometric and geometric corrections, eight approaches were chosen with different band combinations step by step in order to investigate the quantitative role of each band to increase the classification accuracy and then the classification accuracy using Kappa index, user and producer accuracy were evaluated. The classification algorithm results showed that the support vector machine algorithm rather than maximum likelihood algorithm has slightly better results. Generally, the use of all spectral and thermal bands (14 bands) had a highest accuracy for both Kappa support vector machine algorithm (83.04) and maximum likelihood (90.82). While the Kappa accuracy by 15% in both algorithm with elimination of all thermal bands (bands 10, 11, 13.12 and 14) was reduced. The maximum likelihood algorithm had the greatest impact on increasing the accuracy of Kappa index bands of thermal 14 (between 8 to 10 percent) and in the support vector machine algorithm bands of 10 and 14 (7%). Finally, it was proven that ASTER sensor due to wide spectrum range in the wavelengths of thermal infrared has very high potential in increasing accuracy coefficient of classification Kappa. }, keywords = {Desert Area,ASTER,SVM,ML,Thermal Bands}, title_fa = {بررسی قابلیت باندهای حرارتی سنجنده ASTER در افزایش صحت خوارزمیک های طبقه بندی ماشین بردار پشتیبان و حداکثر احتمال در مناطق بیابانی}, abstract_fa = {داده‌های ثبت شده در باندهای حرارتی ماهواره ها، کاربرد فراوانی در بررسی ویژگی های حرارتی پدیده ها به ویژه در مناطق بیابانی دارند. طبقه بندی را می توان به عنوان مهمترین مرحلة استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای در نظر گرفت. در این بررسی با بهره گیری از داده های سنجنده  ASTERماهواره TERRA مربوط به تاریخ 22 آگوست 2001 شرق و شمال شرق دریاچه نمک کاشان، نقش کمی باندهای این سنجنده در افزایش صحت تفکیک پذیری پدیده ها در دو الگوریتم حداکثر احتمال (MLK) و ماشین بردار پشتیبان (SVM) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور پس از تصحیح هایرادیومتریک و هندسی، 8 رویکرد با ترکیب های باندی مختلف به صورت گام به گام برایبررسی نقش کمی هر یک از باندها در افزایش صحت طبقه بندی انتخاب شد و سپس صحت طبقه بندی ها با استفاده از شاخص کاپا، دقت کاربر و دقت تولید کننده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج خوارزمیک های (الگوریتم) طبقه بندی نشان داد که خوارزمیک ماشین بردار پشتیبان نسبت به خوارزمیک حداکثر احتمال، نتایج به نسبتً بهتری ارائه می دهد. به طور کلی بهره گیری از تمامی باندهای طیفی و حرارتی (مجموع 14 باند) بیشتری صحت کاپا را برای هر دو خوارزمیک ماشین بردار پشتیبان (83.04) و حداکثر احتمال (90/82) نشان داد. در حالیکه با حذف کلیة باندهای حرارتی (باند 10، 11، 13،12و 14) صحت کاپا در هردو خوارزمیک 15 درصد تقلیل یافت. در خوارزمیک حداکثر احتمال، بیشترین تاثیر در افزایش صحت شاخص کاپا را باند 14 حرارتی (بین 8 الی 10 درصد) و درخوارزمیک ماشین بردار پشتیبان باندهای10 و 14( 7 درصد) دارا بودند. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که سنجنده ASTER به دلیل ثبت دامنه  طیفی گسترده در طول موج های مادون قرمزحرارتی قابلیت بسیار زیادی در افزایش ضریب صحت کاپای طبقه بندی دارد.   }, keywords_fa = {مناطق بیابانی,سنجنده ASTER,ماشین بردار پشتیبان,حداکثر احتمال,باندهای حرارتی}, url = {https://www.jdmal.ir/article_22238.html}, eprint = {https://www.jdmal.ir/article_22238_8669a022fd5e449347d9e8542f395511.pdf} }
