The study area is located in 20 kilometers ambitious Aq- qala to Inche boroon road. Soil sampling was carried out in 5 blockswith distance of 3000 m. In each block six soil samples from 0-5 cm depth with a gap of 200 meters from each other were taken, totally 30 soil samples. After measuring the lead content, physical characteristics, texture and Bd and chemical, OM, SAR, CaCO3, EC and pH of soil samples were tested. Effects of soil properties on lead accumulation were analyzed by using linear and multiple regressions.Results showed that soil physical properties have no effect on the accumulation of lead. Among soil chemical properties, CaCO3 and EC had significant negative correlation and pH and OM had significant positive correlation with lead accumulation. Moreover, no significant relationship was observed between SAR and lead contents in the soil.Therefore, in the selected model based on the results of analysis of variance (by linear regression method), variables such as CaCO3, EC, pH and OM were selected as the most important factors that could express the lead concentration in the study area.}, keywords = {Soil contaminants,heavy metals,Agricultural land,Environmental pollution}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط بین انباشت فلز سرب ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک در آق‌قلا، گلستان}, abstract_fa = {انباشت سرب در خاک تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی مانند ویژگیهای فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک، سنگ مادر، وجود منابع آلوده کننده، کاربرد کودهای آلی و شیمیایی در کشاورزی متفاوت است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر ویژگیهای فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک بر مقدار انباشت سرب در خاک اراضی کشاورزی است. منطقه مورد مطالعه در 20 کیلومتری جاده آققلا به سمت اینچهبرون واقع شده است. نمونهبرداری از خاک در قالب 5 بلوک با فاصله 3000 متری از هم انجام شد. در هر بلوک 6 نمونه خاک از عمق 5-0 سانتیمتری و با فاصلهی 200 متری از هم برداشت شد. در مجموع 30 نمونه خاک جمعآوری شد. پس از اندازهگیری مقدار سرب، ویژگی های فیزیکی خاک شامل بافت و جرم مخصوص ظاهری خاک و ویژگیهای شیمیایی شامل OM، SAR، CaCO3، EC و pH نمونههای خاک تعیین گردید. با استفاده از آزمون آماری رگرسیون خطی و چندگانه، تأثیر ویژگی های خاک بر انباشت سرب مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که ویژگی های فیزیکی خاک تأثیری در انباشت فلز سرب ندارند. از بین ویژگیهای شیمیایی خاک نیز CaCO3 و EC همبستگی منفی معنیدار،  pH و OM نیز همبستگی مثبت معنیدار با انباشت سرب در خاک دارند. همچنین، بین SAR و مقدار سرب ارتباط معنیداری در خاک وجود ندارد. بنابراین، در مدل انتخابی بر اساس نتایج تجزیه واریانس به روش رگرسیون خطی، متغیرهای CaCO3، EC، pH و OM مهمترین عاملهای نشان دهنده مقدار تغییرات سرب در منطقه مورد مطالعه هستند.}, keywords_fa = {آلاینده‌های خاک,فلزات سنگین,اراضی کشاورزی,آلودگی محیط زیست}, url = {https://www.jdmal.ir/article_36536.html}, eprint = {https://www.jdmal.ir/article_36536_7739e55b98415f4157857479de800bab.pdf} }
