ارزیابی حساسیت اراضی به بیابان‌زایی با بهره‌گیری از مدل ESAs و اولویّت‌بندی راهبردهای مدیریتی (مطالعه مورد: حوزه کویر نمک، استان خراسان رضوی)

چکیده

بیابان‌زایی فرآیندی پیچیده و تهدید جدی محیط‌زیستی در بسیاری از مناطق به ویژه مناطق خشک جهان است. با شناخت دقیق عوامل مؤثر در گسترش بیابان‌زایی و ارائه راهبرهای مدیریتی مناسب، امکان کاهش و یا مهار این پدیده، فراهم می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی معیارها و شاخص‌های مهم و پهنه‌بندی حساسیت اراضی به بیابان‌زایی در حوضۀ کویر نمکِ استان خراسان رضوی و ارائه راهبرد‌های مدیریتی مقابله با بیابان‌زایی انجام شد. در این پژوهش از مدل ارزیابی حساسیت اراضی به بیابان زایی (ESAs)، داده‌های موجود و مبتنی بر برداشت میدانی و واقعیت‌های زمینی در سال 1400 استفاده شد. درآغاز پنج معیار خاک، اقلیم، پوشش گیاهی، فرسایش و فعالیت‌های انسانی به عنوان معیارهای اصلی بیابان‌زایی منطقه شناسایی و سپس برپایۀ نظر کارشناسی بیش از 40 متخصص منابع طبیعی، شاخص‌های هر معیار طبقه‌بندی، وزن‌دهی و ارزش‌گذاری شد. با محاسبۀ میانگین هندسی شاخص‌ها، کیفیت هر معیار تعیین و در آخر نقشه پهنه‌بندی حساسیت اراضی به بیابان‌زایی در سامانۀ اطلاعات جغرافیایی به‌­دست آمد. تعیین راهبردهای مدیریتی با بهره‌­گیری از روش دلفی و با توزیع پرسش‌نامه در دو مرحله و براساس برنامه‌ریزی سناریو و آینده پژوهی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد از میان معیارهای بیابان‌زایی منطقه، اقلیم، فعالیت‌های انسانی، خاک و فرسایش به ترتیب با ارزش 1.54، 1.53، 1.51 و 1.50 مهمترین معیارها و پوشش گیاهی با ارزش‌ 1.45 به عنوان معیار بعدی موثر در بیابان‌زایی می‌باشد. بر اساس نتایج، 12% از مساحت منطقه در کلاس شکننده و حدود 88%  نیز در کلاس‌های بحرانی متوسط تا شدید قرار دارد. براساس برنامه‌ریزی سناریو و روش آینده پژوهی، بهترین و بدترین سناریوها در چهار دسته مختلف محیطی و طبیعی همچون اعمال مدیریت تطبیقی و انسجام سازمانی، توانمندسازی اقتصادی و اجتماعی جوامع محلی، توسعه آموزش، فرهنگ‌ سازی و تبلیغات، طرح‌های مشارکتی منابع طبیعی، به عنوان راهبردهای مدیریتی جامع‌نگر تدوین شد.
